DIMTS has installed a state of the art Intelligent Signalling System (ISS) on BRT corridor from Ambedkar Nagar-Moolchand and thereafter in stretch from Moolchand to Delhi Gate. ISS helps in the efficient and smooth dispersal of vehicles by optimizing signal timings based on radar-captured vehicle-volume data. It reduces vehicular delays at junctions while ensuring safe and convenient movement for pedestrians and NMT (non-motorised modes of transport). The ISS on BRT corridor has been designed to prioritise mass transit in order to increase and optimize the people carrying capacity of the roads benefiting from it.

Each of the junctions on the BRT corridor have cameras installed on the signals poles. These monitor and record all movement on the corridor 24x7.

Out of the 16 junctions where the cameras have been installed, photographs of 12 junctions have been presented here in sets of four. The pictures presented here are being captured and presented at periodic intervals, giving you the latest update on the traffic conditions at each of the junctions.
