Background
The Municipal Corporation of Delhi has more than 1,25,000 employees on its role, of which approximately 1,00,000 are in Group 'C' and 'D'.
MCD needed an HR Consultant to rationize its employe strength in Group 'C' and 'D'. HR Consultant has to assess and recommend the desired number of Group 'C' and 'D' category of employees, based on work measurement, functional requirement and work load assessment to enable the increase in work efficiency, improvement of work quality and optimum utilization of resources at head office, zonal offices and departments.
