Project 1: Comprehensive Traffic & Transport Study (CTTS) Study on Transport Demand Forecast Study for Delhi, INDIA



DIMTS on behalf of Govt. of NCT of Delhi worked as the Project Management Consultant and coordinated the study jointly with RITES and its associates. The primary objective of the government is to reverse the trend of increasing use of personalized vehicles - the main cause of road congestion and other associated problems - and to promote public transport through an integrated seamless network.

Project 2: Comprehensive Mobility Plan for Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh



The Ministry of Urban Development (MoUD) had encouraged cities to prepare a “Comprehensive Mobility Plan” (CMP) as part of long term urban transport strategy providing for a sustainable improvement of people’s mobility in metropolitan regions. The CMP is a key document providing the rationale for transport proposals. To solve traffic problems in the city various traffic surveys have been conducted in the city to access the magnitude of traffic problem.

Project 3: Urban Freight Transport and Logistics Management project for City of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

The project objective is to understand the challenges involved in the freight distribution system and recommend measures to improve the freight transport and logistics management in the Addis Ababa city. The study objective is to maximize the economic efficiency of goods distribution in the Addis Ababa by improving and modernizing the management of urban freight transport and logistics system of the City of Addis Ababa.
