DIMTS has issued more than 1.3 crore SCOSTA certified smart cards basedDriving License, PSV Badges, Registration Certificates and Commercial Vehicle Permits from 15 Transport Zonal Offices during last 7 years.
Scope of Work :
- Implementation of Sarathi and Vahan software developed by NIC as per guidelines issued by MoRTH.
- Development and installation of software for smart card printing and inventory management.
- Development of software for issuance of PSV Badges, Permits and Driver Authorisation and its integration with NIC softwares.
- Maintenance of database.
- Provision and installation of hardware.
- Provision of trained manpower for manning front end and back end operations.
- Operation and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Generation of reports and returns.
- Documentation.
- Customer call center.
- Complaint Redressal system.
