Prathala Chowk is one of the busiest junctions of the Noida. This Junction is an intersection of the Vikas Marg /Master Plan Road No 4 (connecting Noida to Noida West) and Faridabad – Noida – Ghaziabad (FNG) corridor. As Vikas Marg is the main artillery road connecting Noida to Noida West, heavy Traffic is observed throughout the day and worsens during peak hours in the morning and evening. As the traffic at this junction is expected to only increase in the future this proposed project is of high importance to cater to the needs of daily commuters.

- No. of lanes= 6 lane
- Longitudinal & Cross Girders designed for steel
- RCC pylon
- Height of pylon 30 M
- Clearance above Faridabad – Noida – Ghaziabad (FNG) = 5.5M
- Cantilevering out from pylon to balance the forces
- Length of cantilever span = 76.75M
- Estimated cost INR 75 CR
Scope of work:
- Architectural Planning & Designing of Flyover/ Underpass
- Conducting all type of surveys(traffic, Geo-tech and Topo)
- Detailed design of Flyover / underpass, horizontal & Vertical alignment and preparation of Working Drawings
- Preparation of Project Cost, Preparation of BOQ and Cost Estimates
- Vetting of Design and Estimate from IIT
- Preparation of various Technical Schedules for the tenders, Tender Document and Management of technical aspects of Bid Process Management.
Project: Technical Consultancy services for Constructing Underpass by Box pushing technology under NH-24 between Sector-62 and 63, Noida (Length 0.750 Km)
Client: New Okhla Industrial Development Authority (NOIDA)
Due to increasing development of Noida City and the resulting increase in traffic, New Okhla Industrial Development Authority (NOIDA) intends to improve and strengthening of existing road infrastructure in Noida city by constructing an Underpass under NH-24 between Sector-62 & 63
Scope of work:
- Assessment of the traffic and preparation of reports
- Carry out Engineering Surveys including Topographic Survey, Geo-tech Investigations, Utility Surveys etc.
- Architectural Planning & Designing of Underpass
- Detailed design of underpass and preparation of Working Drawings
- Preparation of Detailed Cost Estimates and Preparation of BOQ
- Vetting of Design and Estimate from IIT
- Preparation of various Technical Schedules for the tenders, Tender Document and Management of technical aspects of Bid Process Management
- Project Management and Construction Supervision of works
