Detailed survey and investigations includes topographical surveys, geological & geotechnical investigation, inventory & condition surveys, utility surveys etc.

Based on surveys & investigations carried out, examination of various alternatives including optimization of existing facilities to decide the best alternative from financial and operating point of view to make an ideal investment decision

Preparation of Concept Plan providing a short overview of a new business venture, organizing and documenting the idea / details of project and preparation of reports for more detailed planning and communicating essential information. Based on Concept finalization and based on surveys, planning initiatives, existing development, physical characteristics and social & economic conditions; preparation of Master Plan and report including analysis, recommendations, and proposals for a site’s population, economy, housing, transportation, community facilities, and land use.

Preparation of Tender Drawings, Detailed Drawings (GAD’s, GFC’s), after Detailed Design, vetting from IIT’s / NIT’s / Premier Engineering Institutes and preparation of Detailed Project Report including detailed cost estimates, Tender Documents / Tender Schedules and Technical Specifications as per requirement of Client.

Providing gamut of services from Concept to Commissioning of projects which includes Engineering Survey & Investigations, preparation of Concept Plans, Feasibility Study Reports (viability analysis), Preliminary Design, Preliminary / Block Cost Estimates, Detailed Design & GFC Drawings, Preparation of Detailed Project Reports, Detailed Cost Estimates, preparation of Tender Documents including technical schedules & Technical Specifications, conducting Bid Process for discovering lowest / suitable bidder, award of work to the lowest / suitable bidder, Obtaining Statutory Approvals from Civic & other relevant Authorities, providing Project Management, Construction Supervision & Contract Management Services, handing over of the completed project to Client and physical & financial closure of project account.

Providing Project Management, Supervision and Contract Management Services including day to day monitoring of construction activities, Quality Control & Quality Assurance, subsequent approvals associated with Design & Construction, reviewing the procedures & construction techniques adopted and recommending latest modern techniques & better processes and/or control for improving the overall excellence & Quality of the Project. Our services also includes MIS preparation and reporting on the various physical, technical and financial aspects of the projects based on the progress, site inspections, quality checks etc. and support in processing monthly billing & successful physical & financial closure of the project.

Providing Independent Engineering Services / independent technical assessment of a project or technical due diligence which includes assessment of the technical aspects of Contracts, Long Term Service Agreements, O&M Agreements etc. and review related inputs to the financial model to justify the financing of the project

Quality Checks & Inspection of works being carried out at office / site and standardization of processes for further improvements
